About Us

INHOUSE was set up in 2000 by Mary Dobson, who has been working in the industry since 1994.

We offer a discreet, bespoke service for discerning employers within private households and prestigious private establishments. We specialise in the very highest calibre of domestic staff on a full time, part time or on a temporary basis both in the UK and Internationally.

We can assist with all staffing needs, however large or small. We have successfully supplied candidates to professional city-dwelling families, working country estates, stately homes, holiday villas and ocean going yachts.

How We Work

We offer a quality service to both clients and staff and will not waste your time by sending unsuitable applicants nor waste the applicant’s time by sending them for unsuitable posts.

After establishing your requirements we provide you with a selection of suitable candidates from our extensive database. For each candidate we endeavor to produce résumé outlining a candidate’s details and include a photograph. Once you have chosen the right candidates we will arrange the interviews on your behalf.

Safeguards

All our applicants have gone through our rigorous process of personal interview, reference and previous employment history verification. They must have at least two years experience and / or relevant professional qualifications. We ensure that all applicants have legal rights to work in the UK.

All written references are personally verbally endorsed before any candidate would be considered for any suitable vacancy.

My client is currently looking for a butler. based in Kensington.

To start end of August beginning of September.

This is rota role, so the candidate would be required to work one week on and one week off.

Shifts are 10-12 hours.  Food is included.

Some travel usually Gstaad during which time you  get per diems.

This is a large property and is a fully staffed household, currently around 20 staff are employed.

Would suit either a male or female candidate. Must be fit,  heatlhy,  active.

Start end August, early September.

Junior Personal Assistants x 2

Job Title: Junior Personal Assistant (as part of a global travel team) x 2 would suit graduate male.   Main residence Kuwait but lots of travel.

Job Description:

Seeking a highly adaptable and personable Junior Personal Assistant to join a dynamic global travel team supporting a HNW principal. Based in London. Worldwide travel.  This role requires exceptional communication skills, flexibility, and a positive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.  The current team are restructuring to provide more efficient cover for the principal.

Working for a single lady Monday to Friday 10a.m. to 7p.m. with some flexibility., working from the clients house, It is a fully staffed house.  The client is looking for someone who is energetic and organised.

  • Diary management.
  • Email correspondence, letters, telephone calls, scanning and recording documents
  • Managing business, personal and social diary
  • Preparing necessary documents for principal’s business affairs

Daily Housekeeper

Housekeeper Profile for Wilton Mews Housekeeper Job Specifications, To start end of April. Excellent salary offered.

The Housekeeper will provide a high level of housekeeping services to the Client. The ideal candidate must have proven previous experience working in a similar role.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Housekeeper

  • Cleaning house daily
  • Reporting maintenance issues and emergencies
  • Laundry
  • Looking after the family’s dog when needed (walking, feeding etc)
  • Ensuring the interior of the house is clean and well-maintained at all times
  • Coordinate with household staff to ensure standards are maintained
  • Ensuring cleaning product stock is available

Requirements

  • Proven work experience working as a Housekeeper in a similar role

Houseman – Live in Kensington

HOUSEMAN

A residential houseman is required for a family near Kensington.  There are three properties, each are three storey houses.

The principal lives in one house whilst his two daughters occupy the other two homes nearby

The family’s main home is abroad so the properties are used for short stays throughout the year.

The candidate would be required to carry out general maintenance and some security, some general help with housekeeping when required, some cleaning, shopping etc., there are housekeepers employed.

The main working days are Monday to Friday, however the candidate maybe asked to work extra hours when the family are in residence.

£40k per annum, self contained ground floor flat is available.
