Job Title: Junior Personal Assistant (as part of a global travel team) x 2 would suit graduate male.   Main residence Kuwait but lots of travel.

Job Description:

Seeking a highly adaptable and personable Junior Personal Assistant to join a dynamic global travel team supporting a HNW principal. Based in London. Worldwide travel.  This role requires exceptional communication skills, flexibility, and a positive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.  The current team are restructuring to provide more efficient cover for the principal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage email correspondence and communications
  • Liaise with private office and support various business endeavours
  • Assist with family engagement activities
  • Prepare and write reports for the principal
  • Plan events and coordinate meetings
  • Handle purchases, both small and large
  • Provide day-to-day support to the principal as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members including PAs, well-being staff, and security



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in email management and office software
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Flexibility to travel extensively worldwide (land and yacht-based)
  • Adaptability to work in various cultural contexts

Additional Information:

  • Extensive global travel required
  • Accommodation, meals, travel, work clothing, and necessary technology provided
  • Working hours variable, potentially 24/7 with time off to be arranged
  • Approximately 2 months off over the course of the year
  • Not suitable for candidates with significant home commitments
  • Prior PA experience not necessary; aptitude and character are more important

  • Salary: £35 – 40 k (tax-free)
